WP214: imaging spectral colorimeter

WP214: imaging spectral colorimeter

The WP214 from Westboro Photonics combines the high accuracy of a spot spectroradiometer with the advanced analysis capabilities of a CCD imaging colorimeter system. In many cases the WP214 replaces two separate systems.

The WP 214 is equipped with a high dynamic range, cooled CCD image sensor with 0,5MP resolution and an integrated spectroradiometer which serves as a reference point to correct results. This colorimeter has an automated filter wheel with four tristimulus filters and five filter-free positions.

characteristics

  • Bandwidth: 2.4nm
  • Wavelength Error: <0.5nm
  • Stray light: <5E-4
  • Linearity: 1%
  • Dynamic range: >100.000 : 1

Conventional imaging colorimeters use four filters to approximate the response of the CIE tristimulus functions. The only way to correct a colorimeter for errors for unknown sources is to also measure the radiometric spectrum of those sources.

Photometrica-software

The Photometrica software provides a complete solution for the analysis of FPD, LED or OLED lighting applications. The software has scripting tools and provides automation capabilities.

Photometrica has many standard tools for locating objects bijvooorbeeld: circle, ellipse and square. Within Photometrica software makes it easy to create tables with statistics for different ROIs.
