Since 2002, PEO Photonics is offering industrial detectors, photodiodes, position sensitive detectors and backscatter detectors.

Our products are being used to detect the position of a high variety of objects, such as freight containers, liquid drops or the position of a golf club while playing golf. They are used to detect the thickness of material, height of objects or to determine the vibrations or rotations of moving elements. Our detectors are used in many industries and working processes, such as quality assurance, complex production processes, test and analysing systems, electronic microscopes, industrial, medical, aviation and space applications.

Practically all our detectors and diodes are customized and extremely fast and precise, capable of measuring even the smallest difference. Within a nanosecond, they generate a measurement result with micromillimeters precision, even in extremely difficult environments with low light or dark surfaces.
