Measure brightness and angle dependent luminous intensity of lamps with the new GL Optic Gonio Spectrometer

This GL Optic Gonio Spectrometer combines the functionality of a goniophotometer with the features of a spectroradiometer. It characterizes a light source, LED or luminaire on color and intensity from all angles of incidence.

The GL Gonio Spectrometer is a budget friendly solution and easy to adapt in your existing GL Optics software platform.

  • CCT, Duv, CRI, x, y, and more
  • photometric data in LTD and IES files
  • angular range C axis: +/- 180°
  • angular range y axis : +/- 180° theoretical (depending on geometry due to shadowing)
  • angular position precision: 0,1°
  • GL Spectrosoft Gonio software add-on
  • far field type C with horizontal optical axis

Two versions available

  • GL Gonio Spectrometer GLG-2-300 → a table top model specifically designed for smaller lamp measurements
    • 2 axis stepper motors
    • maximum DUT dimension ≤ 300 mm (diameter or diagonal)
    • maximum load: 2 kg
    • belt drive system

  • GL Gonio Spectrometer GLG-20-1500 → a system designed for the testing of large lamps and luminaires
    • 3 axis stepper motors
    • maximum DUT dimension ≤ 1500 mm (diameter or diagonal)
    • maximum load: 20 kg
    • direct drive system
